  1. Eligibility
    The Roam Adventure Outpost Launch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Roam Adventure Co. and Roam Adventure Outpost (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, promotional agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

  2. Agreement to Rules
    By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants also agree to accept all decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding.

  3. Sweepstakes Period
    Entries will be accepted online beginning at 12:00 AM MDT on the giveaway start date and ending August 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM MDT. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust dates with proper notice.

  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete the official entry form hosted on the Roam Adventure Outpost giveaway page. Only one entry per person is allowed. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter multiple times will result in disqualification. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the rules will be void.

  5. Prizes
    Multiple winners will be selected. Prizes include gear and goods from Roam Adventure Outpost partner brands. The actual value of prizes may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All taxes and expenses related to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

  6. Odds
    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Selection and Notification
    Winners will be randomly selected under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via email within five (5) business days. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their prize within 15 days, or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  8. Rights Granted by Entrants and Use of Data
    By entering this giveaway, you grant Roam Adventure Outpost, its parent company Roam Adventure Co., and all participating giveaway sponsors and partners the unrestricted right to use your submitted entry information—including name, email address, and any other data provided—for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, special offers, product updates, and other branded communications.
    You also grant the Sponsor and all partners the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, voice, and entry content in connection with advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  9. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Roam Adventure Outpost, its parent company Roam Adventure Co., and their partners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize use.

  11. Disputes
    This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court located in Arizona and you waive any right to a class action or claim for punitive damages.

  12. Privacy
    Any information submitted is subject to the Privacy Policy available on the Roam Adventure Outpost website. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails. You may opt out at any time.

  13. Winner List
    To obtain a copy of the winners list, send an email to hello@roamadventureoutpost.com with the subject line “Roam Giveaway Winners List Request.”
